Liposuction
Liposuction (or liposuction, or liposculpture) removes localized deposits of fatty tissue. Such deposits can be found on the hips, thighs, buttocks, knees, and abdomen, but also on the ankles, arms, and under the chin. In most cases, lipoaspiration is not to be considered a treatment against overweight or obesity, but against the pads that persist despite diet and sports. Again, lipoaspiration is not indicated to eliminate the orange peel effect related to so-called cellulite. Liposuction is performed with different methods (traditional, reciprocating, laser, ultrasonic...) and always involves small incisions near the deposits to be reduced, into which cannulas or probes are introduced. Depending on the amount of fatty tissue to be removed and the number of points to be treated, the procedure is performed under local anesthesia (possibly with sedation), or under general anesthesia.
Brachioplasty
Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, is a cosmetic surgery designed to reduce excess skin and fat in the arms, improving their contour and tone. This procedure is often sought by people who have lost a significant amount of weight or who have developed excessive arm flaccidity due to aging or other factors.
Lipofilling of the back of the hands
Back of hand lipofilling, also known as fat grafting or hand lipofilling, is a cosmetic procedure that involves using your own body fat taken from other areas of the body to increase the volume and improve the appearance of the hands. This treatment is often sought by people who want to reduce the skeletal appearance of the hands and improve the texture of the skin on the back of the hands.
