COSMETIC SURGERY:
TRUNK AND BACK

Liposuction

Liposuction, or liposuction, is a surgical procedure that removes localized fat deposits to improve body contour. It is performed using thin cannulas inserted under the skin to suction out excess fat. This treatment is indicated for areas resistant to diet and exercise. While effective, it requires careful evaluation and selection of an experienced surgeon to minimize risks.

Abdominoplasty

Abdominoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure that aims to remove excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and restore tone to the loose abdominal muscles. This procedure is particularly suitable for those who have had multiple pregnancies, significant weight loss, or simply want to improve the appearance of their abdomen. During the procedure, the surgeon makes an incision in the lower abdomen, removes excess tissue and strengthens the muscle wall.

Plication of the rectus muscles

Rectus plication is an additional surgical procedure often performed during a tummy tuck. This procedure involves tightening loose abdominal muscles, known as rectus muscles, to improve the tone and definition of the abdomen. It is especially useful for those who, due to pregnancy, significant weight loss, or aging, have developed separation of the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti). During the procedure, the surgeon stitches the rectus muscles along the midline, thus restoring a more stable and toned abdominal wall.

Mini abdominoplasty

Mini abdominoplasty is a more limited variant of traditional abdominoplasty designed to address specific aesthetic problems of the lower abdomen. This procedure is particularly suitable for patients who have excess skin and fat mainly concentrated in the lower abdominal area, below the navel. Compared with standard abdominoplasty, mini abdominoplasty involves a smaller and less extensive incision, resulting in a generally faster recovery process and less visible scars. During the procedure, the surgeon removes excess tissue and may also strengthen the abdominal muscles if necessary.

Torsoplasty

Torsoplasty is a complex, multiphasic surgical procedure designed to improve the contour of the trunk by acting on different areas of the body to achieve an overall shapely and toned result. This surgery often combines several techniques, including liposuction, to remove excess fat, and a buttock lift, to lift and firm the buttock area, giving it a more aesthetic shape. In addition, it may include a mini abdominoplasty, which focuses on removing excess skin and fat from the lower abdominal area, further improving muscle definition and abdominal tone.

Butt lift

A buttock lift, also known as gluteoplasty, is a cosmetic surgical procedure aimed at lifting and improving the shape of the buttocks, giving them a more toned and harmonious appearance. This surgery is particularly suitable for those who wish to correct sagging skin and sagging tissue due to factors such as aging, significant weight loss or genetic predisposition. During the procedure, the plastic surgeon makes hidden incisions in the buttocks area, often along the buttock line or in natural skin folds, to minimize the visibility of scars. Next, the excess skin is removed and the underlying tissues are repositioned and secured in a higher, toned position.

Lipofilling gluteal region

Lipofilling of the gluteal region is an advanced cosmetic surgical procedure that aims to improve the volume and shape of the buttocks through the injection of body fat taken from other areas of the body. This procedure, also known as autologous fat transfer, involves two main steps. First, the surgeon performs liposuction to harvest excess fat from areas such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, or other areas with sufficient fatty deposits. The harvested fat is then purified and prepared for injection. In the second stage, the purified fat is precisely injected into the buttock areas, shaping and increasing the volume to achieve a fuller, more shapely appearance.

Lifting of the pubic region

A pubic region facelift, also known as puboplasty, is a cosmetic surgical procedure aimed at reducing excess skin and fat in the pubic area, thereby improving the contour and appearance of the lower genital region. This surgery is particularly suitable for those who have undergone significant changes in the pubic area due to factors such as aging, massive weight loss, or pregnancy, which can cause skin sagging and accumulation of fatty tissue. During puboplasty, the surgeon makes strategic incisions in the pubic area to minimize visible scarring.

Reductive labiaplasty

Reduction labiaplasty, also known as labiaplasty of the labia minora, is a cosmetic surgical procedure aimed at reducing the size and improving the appearance of the vaginal labia minora. This procedure is indicated for women who experience physical or psychological discomfort due to elongated or asymmetrical labia minora. Discomfort may occur during physical activity, sexual intercourse, or even while wearing tight clothing. During surgery, the plastic surgeon precisely removes excess tissue, creating a more balanced and symmetrical shape. The techniques used are designed to preserve the sensitivity and function of the vaginal labia, while ensuring optimal aesthetic results.

Lipofilling of the genital area

Genital area lipofilling is a cosmetic surgical procedure involving the injection of body fat, harvested from other areas of the body via liposuction, into female or male genital regions to increase their volume and improve their appearance. This procedure is indicated for those who wish to improve the aesthetics and fullness of their genital areas, addressing problems such as thinning tissue due to aging, weight changes, or other conditions. During lipofilling, the surgeon performs liposuction to harvest fat from donor areas such as the abdomen, hips, or thighs. The harvested fat is then purified and prepared for injection
